USEFUL BEAUTY HABITS



MORNING:

→ start your day with a glass of clean, warm water, with a slice of lemon. So you'll benefit the skin and finally "Wake up" the body.

→ if you pain swelling or dark circles under the eyes, take a vertical position immediately after the alarm. The longer you lie, the longer it will take to subside swelling. Apply a cream for skin around the eyes, put it overnight in the fridge for effect.

→  take time for yourself and you need to exercise at least 10 minutes, tune in to a fruitful, interesting a new day.




DAY:

→ use a mattifying spray or wipes to neutralize the oil shine. Don't do it too often, just 1-2 times.

→ keep drinking clean water. But, if you're swollen, drink more water in the morning.

→ renew the fragrance, put in your purse or backpack favorite bottle of perfume and use at will throughout the day. But don't overdo it and remember that the fragrance is revealed on the "warm" pulse points – for example, on the wrist, on the elbow.




EVENING:

→ do make-up remover. It is better not to postpone this ritual at the last moment before sleep and remove makeup and dirt accumulated on the skin, immediately after returning home. The best time to apply a face cream – 20.00.

→ take a warm bath, for example, with lavender bath bomb from Lush, lavender extract calms down and adjusts to sleep.
